Ostara: The season of awakening from a long winter's slumber... If you are anything like me, you're anxiously awaiting more sunshine + warmer days! You've probably been hunkered down all winter. Covid lockdowns haven't helped and you are craving outdoor time, dirt on your hands and grass under your feet. I feel you! I want to share real actions that have helped my business over the years navigate the seasons in my business. I am deeply affected by seasonal changes and have had to learn to honor those changes in order to continue growing my business, organically growing my community and sustaining my energy levels, all while maintaining profitability. I've found it simpler to respect my natural energy levels during seasonal changes than to try and be like the masses: Loud. In your face. Over the top. Constantly on. Everywhere. I simply do NOT have the energy to maintain that level of busy every day! And so I don't! Below I'm going to list a few ways I've honored me + my business. If it resonates, awesome! Please share with anyone you think it may guide. My photos below are sized exclusively for pinning on Pinterest. Sharing is caring. Thank you! Spring rituals to grow your business: 1. Go SLOW! Yup. You heard me right. Slow down to speed up. Less is more. Keep it simple sunshine! All those goodies. Sounds too easy. But honestly, in the entrepreneurial landscape it's a trend to go fast, hustle, be everywhere to everyone. In my world, that leads to burnout, frustration, physical exhaustion and downright messiness. So slow up and watch yourself make intentional, conscious, deliberate progress with less energy, time and money! How's that work? 90 day simple plan Reverse engineer that. ONLY market what feels true to your soul. Be in the spaces that fuel you, not deplete you. Listen to your own inner gps. Trust yourself. And if you need a little guidance with reverse engineering your 90 day plan. I literally offer a 90 minute 'try me' session for ONLY $100. It's an actual coaching/strategy session where we get you moving, make a plan and scribble out concrete doable actions for you + your business! Want to know more? Go HERE! 2. Stay delightfully consistent..... What the heck does that even mean? Let's picture yourself in business 3 years from now. What do you think will be the important factors for staying healthy and still growing? Regular sleep + awake times? Every Monday off? No weekends? 30 hour work week? Only 6 1:1 clients? Dream up your optimal healthy lifestyle + then match your business to your desire.... Grab that journal and start dreaming in color! Go big. Dream out-loud. Make it fun + scary + yummilicious! Then look at the ways in which your business does NOT support your life. What can you change? What must go? What simply feels exhausting? How can you incorporate MORE of what you need into your business that oozes self love? Go there... 3. Infuse with magic....... It sounds illogical + woo woo. Tis 90% of the time, I am NOT! But in this case, I'm 100% fucking in.... Magic = Energy. Ask yourself where, when, with whom do you feel the MOST energized? Write that shit down. Find regular ways to incorporate MORE of that energy into your life + watch it ripple out into your business. It's not hocus pocus, it's practical, everyday, ordinary magic that fills up your heart and spills into everything else you do. Go light a candle. Journal write. Make an outdoor fire + release crappy energy. Coffee dates with fabfuckingtastic peeps who fill you up! Hug a tree. Walk barefoot. Nap in a field. Rest under the stars. Dance in the water. Be in nature. Honor your energy + follow the magic + let it infuse all areas of your life! *Pin a photo and spread the LOVE. If you'd like some extra support, guidance + help with your nature, heart, eco, green business, please check out my 1:1 offerings and/or sign up for a 'Try me' session. A full 90 minute coaching/strategy session. No hardcore sales. If you want to know more after the session, just ask and we can have an honest, heart to heart chat about that might look like! Check out a 'Try me' session HERE....
