10 ways to smile & laugh even when things are feeling REALLY lousy!
Try one of these 10 quick pick me ups and turn it around.
1. Wear a bright sunny and happy color! I choose ORANGE!
2. Do something that is always guaranteed to make you laugh. Spend some time with a baby and get them laughing! Guaranteed to be contagious!
3. Follow the water. Go to a river, a stream, fountain or ocean. Sit, be still and simply listen to life's message.
4. Choose creativity! What inspires you and makes you feel like you are 5 again. I choose FINGER PAINTING!

6. Call a friend for a laughing date! No really....Tell her you need some serious laughter & smiles & ask her to cheer you up! Good friends do this easily!
7. Pamper YOU! Get a manicure. Rent a convertible for the day and drive some where new. Buy some new paints and paint your world in COLOR!
8. Hang out with your pets! If you don't have any, call a friend and ask if you can spend the day with their dog! Animals love unconditionally & give back easily!
9. Start some indoor plants that will continue to grow & cheer up your space daily!
10. Say "Fuck it" to everything and do absolutely NOTHING! Sometimes you just need to step away! Simple and profound!
