We've all been there....
As an entrepreneur it's easy to underestimate your flow of money.
It comes. It goes. It comes.
There's an ebb and flow to generating revenue and it's very reliant on your ability to keep the faucet (leads) turned on.
What happens when you thought you had all your bases covered?
Emergency fund funded.
A client can't pay.
An unexpected, expensive emergency happens.
You forgot about that yearly bill and it's due yesterday!
Do you have a system/structure/process in place for generating leads on a dime?
Are you able to bring in some quick cash for that unplanned emergency?
Are you tucking away enough for when a client doesn't pay or a contract falls through?
Preplanning helps, but it certainly won't help you NOW if you are in a pinch.
So, let me guide you through my quick 3 ways that I've developed to generate money ASAP when shit hits the fan and my finances are a little mucky!
3 Quick ways to generate revenue ASAP (BTW: These are all tried & true by moi)
1. Think of your business like a garden.
A garden has many components before you ever see any fruition from your nurturing care.
Each one of those components are viable, products/services that can easily be bundled up and sold as their own identity.
Ex. An apple you purchase at the store.
Long before it became an apple, it was a seed, then a seedling, a small tree and then the fruit.
Each one of these pieces are easily sold by the same farmer as his garden grows in it's various stages.
Look at the end result of what you offer for your clients.
Reverse engineer those results and break it down into individual components to create a no brainer product you can easily sell to your peeps.
2. Package up OLD content. Re-purpose that stuff. Create a killer PDF or video series that is nuggets of pure gold wisdom that your people will devour and benefit from.
3. Reach out to past clients. See how they are doing. Invite them to work with you at a whole new level. Create a small, intimate circle of past clients that are already in love with you but you didn't offer a next level program. NOW you do!
4. FOLLOW-UP - It's seriously overlooked. Not done on a regular basis. And you are literally leaving thousands on the table. Go back through everyone you've connected with in the past year. (Online and offline). Create a index card of what each person was needing when you spoke to them last. Write an email that is individually created to connect with their own personal needs. Ask how they are doing on those challenges?
When you hear back, see what they've accomplished. If they are still struggling and you know you can help, do not hesitate to offer a customized program just for their specific needs.
And a true desire to serve at the highest level will assist you to generate revenue ASAP and serve the highest good of your people
